Obituary
Cathy Jo Wood, 43, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of Melvin Phillip Wood, Sr. and wife, Doris Haggard and Mary Kay Moore and husband Robert.
Cathy enjoyed writing poetry and liked to quilt. She was Baptist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandmother, Martha King; daughter, Kirsty Elizabeth Ross of Franklin; brothers, Ray Wood and wife Dee of Franklin and Melvin Wood and wife Michelle of Sylva; step-brothers, Chris Haggard of Otto, and Brian and Jason Haggard both of Franklin; step-sister, Jessica Haggard Scruggs of Franklin; grandson, Hunter Dills and several nieces and nephews.
Private services were held.
