Cathy Jean Stouffer, 59, of Lincolnton, NC, formerly of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019.

Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late T.A. and Hallie Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Glenn Johnson. Cathy loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Joshua Wayne Stouffer of Charlotte; two grandchildren Samantha and Ryan Stouffer, who meant everything to her. She is also survived by two sisters, Debra Scott (Tony) of Sylva and Carolyn Wiggins (Ted) of Bryson City; one brother, Tommy Johnson (Cindy) of Franklin, NC, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11am, Monday, November 4 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. David Lee Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the Union United Methodist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Scott, Donald Franklin, Tony Scott, Zachery Franklin , Steven Franklin Jr., Ryan Stouffer and Josh Stouffer.
