Catherine Eleanor Wilson, 89, of Otto, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, September 16, 2010.

Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Robert Simens and Clara Kowalke Simens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Delgarno Wilson; a brother and a sister, Alice Graunstadt. Catherine was faithfully prayed for and supported by Coweeta Baptist Church. She was a member of Living Savior Lutheran Church in Asheville.

She is survived by two children, Cindy Demont and Robert "Timer" Wilson, both of Otto; and three grandchildren, Randall Wilson, Gionny Demont and Jacoby Demont.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Pastor John Qualman will officiate. Burial will be in the Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, FL.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial donations can be made to one's favorite charity.
