Carroll Alexander Anderson, 61, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009.
Born in Macon County, he was the son of the late R.L. Anderson and Ruby Dills Norfleet. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Leondus Anderson and Larry Anderson. He retired from Belden and was a car dealer.
He is survived by his long-time companion Adeliada Long; two sons, Mark Anderson and Donald Long both of Franklin; brother, Claude Anderson; grandson, Drake Anderson and two great-grandchildren, Donnie and Brianna Cooper. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in the Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2009 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Drake Anderson, Donald Long, Mark Anderson, Ernest Cowart, Larry Fouts and Randall Dills.
