Bruce Wayne Adams, 62, of Franklin, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2014.
Born in Macon Co, he was the son of the late Thomas Edgar Adams and Hallie Southards Adams. Bruce was a US Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He loved sports; especially football, was a former coach and den leader for the Cub Scouts.
He is survived by three children, Jared Adams and Mitchell Lee Adams both of Franklin and Samantha Rose Adams of Logan, UT; two brothers, Tommy Adams of Franklin and Eddie Adams of Carnesville, GA; mother of his children, Beth Adams of Lava Hot Springs, ID and two grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1st, in Higdonville Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Ken Anderson will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by VFW Post 7339 and American Legion Post 108.
