Bonnie "Pauline" Teem Thompson, 89, of Franklin, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late James Teem and Roxie Crisp Teem. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dewitt Thompson who died February 22, 2010; a son, Daniel Dewitt Thompson; sisters, Johnsie Bridgeman, Annie Mae Bailey and Willa Mae Estes and a brother, John Team. Pauline was a member of Sugarfork Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Janice Henry and husband Bill of Cullowhee, Annette Thompson and Carol Hedden both of Franklin; brother, James L. Teem of Franklin; six grandchildren, Michael Henry, Gary Henry, Bonnie Gunter, Melissa Sanders, Angela Pickens and Holli Thompson; thirteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 28 at Sugarfork Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Reeves, Rev. Alton Dendy and Rev. Daniel Trantham will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Grandsons, Michael Henry, Gary Henry, Justin Henry, Cole Henry, Larry Pickens and Daniel Pickens will serve as Pallbearers.
