Obituary
Billy Abraham Carver, 76, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2011.
Born in Jackson Co., he was the son of the late Wayne Carver and Sarah Rosie Castle Carver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Delcia Carver, who passed away May 20, 2011; five brothers, Hayes, Kenneth, James, Andrew and Frank Carver and sister, Clara Childers. Billy worked as a foreman for Franklin Mineral. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by three children, Tony Carver and wife Kristy, Debbie Carpenter and husband Robert and Judy Cribbs and husband William all of Franklin; brother, Sherman Carver of Charlotte, NC; sister, Bonelle Wilson of Sylva and three grandchildren, Dustin Carpenter and wife Lindsey, Nicole Carpenter and Kaitlyn Carver.
