Beulah "Pennie" Hedden, 89, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Mamie Shepherd. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Homer Hedden, who died in 2012 and two sons, Homer Lewis Hedden and R.C. Hedden. Beulah was a member of Franklin Church of God.
She is survived by four daughters, Louise Shields of Franklin, Betty Pendergrass of Cave Springs, GA, Shirley Johnson of Bonita Springs, FL and Theda Kay Hawks of Etowah, NC; one sister, Delphine Green; eight grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service was held Saturday, October 15, at Woodlawn Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 15th at Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
