Obituary
Betty Lou Schwartz, 89, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Franklin, NC, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2015.
Born July 27, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Daniels of Miami, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley; two sisters and one grandson. She resided in Franklin for many years before moving to Florida to live with her daughter Carol. While living in Franklin, she was active at First United Methodist Church; Lions Club; Smoky Mountain Shrine Gems; Order of the Eastern Star, Nequassa Chapter 43 and Phi Omega Sorority and she was a member of the Angel Hospital volunteer auxiliary. She will be missed by a host of friends in Franklin.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Mumford of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren; seven great granddaughters; one great-great granddaughter; three nieces and one nephew.
Private Services were held in Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Betty's name to the following: Franklin Lions Club, First United Methodist church, Smoky Mtn. Shrine, Order of the Eastern Star, Nequassa Chapter 43, hospital volunteer auxiliary or any charity of your choice.
