Obituary
Betty Sue "Pat" Dills, 78, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Benbow Dills and Lassie Hastings Dills. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Jean Coggins, Lula Pearl Dills and Ova Greene and two brothers, J.B. Dills and Gerald Dills. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Pat enjoyed crafts and camping.
She is survived by her brother, Boyd Dills; one aunt, Faye Dills and several nieces, nephews and cousins all of Franklin.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, August 7, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Barry Bowman and Rev. Eddie Stillwell will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 6, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Charles Dills, Richard Greene, Steve Bowman, Rick Jenkins, Jeff Dills and Edward Bowman.
Memorial donations can be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
