Betty Alley, 90, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Judge Felix E. Alley, Jr. and Margaret Hall Alley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lee Alley Robinson.
She is survived by three nephews, Robert L. Robinson, Jr., Roger K. Robinson and Richard M. Robinson; one niece, Rosslyn G. Madera and a great niece.
