Bernice Mozelle Moffitt, 82, of Franklin, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Jake Watts and Allie Ledford Watts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ervin Moffitt who died in 2006; daughter, Connie Bateman; and five brothers and sisters, Helen Dills, Bell Jacobs, Hazel Conley, Glenn Watts and James Watts. Bernice enjoyed sewing, crafts and gardening. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by two children, Keith Moffitt and wife Melissa and Cathie Sprinkle and husband Bill all of Franklin; two grandsons, Jeremy Sprinkle and Jonathan Sprinkle and several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 23rd at Woodlawn Cemetery. Rev. Kim Justice will officiate.
