Barbara JoAnne Duncan Kelley, 81, of Highlands, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
Born in Deland, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Katherine Currey Webb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mike Duncan. Barbara was a devoted and loving mother.
She is survived by four children, Patti Russell of Deland, IL, Mark Duncan and wife Cheri of Champaign, IL, Russ Duncan and wife Becky of Franklin and Rick Duncan and wife Margaret of Wisconsin; one brother, Butch; two sisters, Marsha and Bonnie; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 14, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
