Arcilla Woody Henry, 91, of Franklin, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Grover Woody and Allie Younce Woody. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thurman Henry; three brothers, Frank, Roby and Harry Woody and two sisters, Lois Farmer and Louise Smith. Arcilla loved to read and garden. She was a member of Burningtown Baptist Church, where she was involved in the home demonstration and other committees.
She is survived by three sons, James "Pratt" Patrick Henry and wife Cora, Harry M. Henry and wife Mary and Nat Henry and wife Becky all of Franklin; sister, Rosa Lee Barnes of Canton, GA; four grandchildren, Keith, Shawn, John, Henry and Patricia Wall and three great grandchildren, Breanna, Trevor and Kaylee.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 14th, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Randy Drinnon will officiate. Burial will be in Burningtown Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family will also be receiving friends and taking calls at the home, 747 Younce Creek Rd.
Pallbearers will be John Henry, Keith Henry, Shawn Henry, Dustin Pendergrass, Tom Smith and Trevor Wall.
Memorial donations can be made to Burningtown Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
