Mrs. Annie Lou Wilson Maney, 52, of Franklin, NC passed away unexpectedly Wednesday December 9, 2020 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC

Annie was the daughter of the late Mack Arthur Wilson. In addition to Mack, Annie is predeceased by her husband Fred Allen Maney.

Surviving Annie is her mother; Betty Sue Bates Maney, son; William and his wife Jessica Maney, daughter; April and her husband Reggie Roberts, brother; Jimmy Lee Wilson, grandchildren; Tabitha, Amelia and William Fred Maney Jr. two nephews; Jimmy M. Wilson and Nicholas Wilson


Annie was born and raised in Macon County and has lived her entire life here. Annie really enjoyed Nature and she and Fred often spent hours out enjoying the mountains. Annie loved to cook and when she was able, enjoyed reading. Annie spent her evenings watching game shows and especially enjoyed "Wheel of Fortune", she liked the 30-minute programs that we now call older T.V. like "Little House on the Prairie".
