Annie Idella Chase Funderburk, 81, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

Born in Lee County, AL, she was the daughter of the late George Chase and Tera Messer Chase. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Funderburk; sister, Bertha Rodgers and two infant brothers, George and Benny Lee Chase. Annie was an avid movie fan and loved gospel music. She was of the Assembly of God faith.

She is survived by five children, Thomas Wayne Jones and wife Nancy of Fischers, IN, Kay McCoy and husband Ned of Franklin, Ricky Jones and wife Marsha of Haynesville, GA, Jeff Jones of Franklin and Gregory Jones of Haynesville, GA; three sisters, Lura McClaine of Lynette, AL, Peggy Hammond of Five Points, AL and Virginia Fulghum of Valley, AL; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 2nd, at Johnson Brown Funeral Home in Valley, Alabama.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 1st at Johnson Brown Funeral Home.
