Obituary
Annalee Mashburn Greer, 89 of Franklin, NC, died in Virginia Beach, VA on Wednesday, November 28, 2012.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Frank Mashburn and Ina Fay Moses Mashburn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard E. Greer; son, Steve Greer; brothers, James, Edward Ray, Samuel and Richard Mashburn and sister, Sue Blackwell. Annalee was a member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter Beverly Browning of Virginia Beach, VA; son Bernie Greer of Charlottesville, VA; brother, Gilbert Mashburn of Virginia Beach, VA and four grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 6, at Higdonville Baptist Church. Rev. Alton Dendy will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, at Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
