Ami Lynn Hammer, 50 of Franklin, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021.
Ami was born in Orlando FL. to Edward Farmer and Patricia Taylor Farmer.
Ami attended Cartoogechaye Baptist Church. She was an animal lover and was active in animal rescue.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Farmer; and daughters Meagan Hammer, Lauryl Edmonds, and Katherine Hammer.
The family will receive friends and loved ones from 2pm to 3 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Macon Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at Macon Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 3 pm.
Rev. Carson Gibson will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Appalachian Animal Rescue, PO Box 81, Franklin, NC 28744.
