Obituary
Alice Merrick, 64, of Otto, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016.
Born in New Orleans, LA, she was the daughter of the late Herman Leiser and Rosalie Famularo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Herman "Buddy" Leiser. Alice was retired from Bell South and was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Wayne Merrick; four children, Christine Kennedy of Boonville, MS, Veronica Brown of St. Rose, LA, Melissa McNaughton of Slidell, LA and Wayne Merrick, II. of Ama, LA; three sisters, Mary Jane Clutterbuck of Kenner, LA, Rose Ann Annis of Pearl River, LA, and Nancy Kreiter of Jefferson, LA; brother, Lawrence Leiser of Violet, LA; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Louisiana.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
