Obituary
Alberta Spearman, 79, of Franklin, NC, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015.
Born in Brookline, MA, she was the daughter of the late John E. Hipson and Dorothy Eldridge Hipson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Michael Spearman who died August 13, 2015. Alberta retired from AT&T as an operator for over 20 years.
She is survived by four children, Darlene Webb of Boston, MA, Raymond "Bill" Pluschau of LaGrange, GA, Douglas Pluschau of Hollywood, FL and Stephen Spearman of Kissimmee, FL; brother, Edward Hipson, PA; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Private Services will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations can be made to Angel Hospice, 170 Church St, Franklin, NC 28734 or Noah's Ark Humane Society, 1239 Old Murphy Road, Franklin, NC 28734.
