Obituary
Alanthia Rayenette Rhinehart, 51, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
Born in Macon Co., she was the daughter of the late Earl Bucker and Margaret Simonds Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Gabriel Rhinehart and a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Arabella Houston. Alanthia loved dogs and researching genealogy. She was Pentecostal by faith.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jerry Lee Rhinehart; a daughter, Amber Rayenette Rhinehart of Whittier, NC; son, Christopher Lee Rhinehart and wife Tabitha of Franklin; five grandchildren, Landon "Land 'O' Lakes" and Braydon Rhinehart, Amy Hurst, Little Lily and Dominic Houston.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 10th, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. David Powell will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Macon County Humane Society, PO Box 81, Franklin, NC 28744.
